I collaborate with values-aligned brands, wellness spaces, and communities to co-create immersive experiences rooted in conscious living, holistic pelvic health, mindful movement, and nature-based healing.
With nearly a decade as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and as a yoga teacher trained in India in culturally-rooted practices, philosophy, pranayama, and traditional Hatha, I offer a trauma-aware, inclusive approach to care and collaboration.
Lately, my work has been unfolding in quiet landscapes and intentional spaces—places that invite consciousness, embodied movement, and reflection. I’m drawn to environments that support rest, presence, and deep connection, and feel honored to share these moments through yoga, storytelling, and shared practice.
I’m currently exploring retreat teaching and intentional brand partnerships—and would love to connect with those creating from a similar place of purpose.
My offerings are shaped by a deep commitment to:
-Accessible pelvic health education for all stages of life
-Mindful movement and yoga honoring South Asian roots
-Conscious, slow living grounded in sustainability and intention
-Embodied experiences in nature—on trails, near oceans, and under open skies
Sonam’s work invites you into deeper rest, reflection, and connection—with your body, the land, and your inner rhythms. She has a gift for creating spaces that feel both expansive and grounding.
Soulective Pelvic Health & Wellness partnered with Surge for Water—an organization dedicated to providing safe water, sanitation, hygiene, and menstrual health solutions to help break the cycle of poverty—for a community event focused on the power of owning your menstrual cycle. Sonam led a gentle movement and meditation session, and offered an accessible overview of pelvic floor anatomy, function, and its role in overall pelvic health.
Sonam cohosted this experiential workshop offering a unique blend of breathwork, gentle movement, and self-compassion practices. Designed to support a deeper connection with both body and emotions, this session invited participants to slow down, listen inward, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with themselves through embodied awareness.
